This release delivered a concentrated set of enhancements and fixes across interoperability, clinical accuracy, billing integrity, and platform stability. This work materially advances USCDI v3 readiness while addressing high-impact client-reported issues in production.
Clinical Accuracy & Safety Improvements
Radiation therapy data accuracy restored (MOSAIQ integration)
Fixed out-of-sequence processing and caching issues that caused fraction counts and dose summaries to lag behind actual treatment. VieCure now reflects the most recent, correct radiation data even when messages arrive out of order.Medication dose preview reliability improved
Corrected a cache issue where calculated doses displayed incorrectly after dose adjustments in Interventions, reducing risk of medication errors.Held medications now behave correctly in Interventions
Held drugs can be included in carts without blocking order processing, eliminating a critical workflow dead-end.Duplicate/incorrect toxicities and labs corrected
Refined FDB side-effect → toxicity → test mappings to remove duplicates and clinically inappropriate labs when drugs are added to plans.
Documentation & Notes Reliability
Assessment leakage across dates resolved
PIV and Venous Access Device assessments now pull only the appropriate assessment for the current date of service, eliminating misleading documentation.Home medication comments isolation fixed
Comments are now correctly scoped to the patient and medication, preventing cross-patient data bleed.Diagnostic Imaging documents properly classified
Imaging results are now consistently labeled and categorized, correcting misclassification as general notes.
Billing, Charge Capture & Financial Workflows
After-hours charge capture corrected
Drug and administration charges now post to the correct local date of service, even when medications are administered past midnight UTC.Superbill generation reliability improved
Facility-filtered superbills now correctly include scheduled patients, eliminating unnecessary workarounds.Financial Counselor access restored
Financial Counselors can now access the Interventions tab as intended, supporting insurance and billing review workflows without role workarounds.
Platform Stability, Data Integrity & Admin Controls
Duplicate stakeholder prevention added
New real-time warnings and backend logging reduce accidental creation of duplicate stakeholders and improve traceability.Favorites duplication and reordering addressed
Stabilized favorites lists to prevent daily reordering and unintended duplication across environments.System configuration save failures fixed
Resolved UI validation issues that prevented saving customer medication configurations.Insurer Plan ID protected
The Insurer Plan ID is now hidden from the UI and remains system-controlled, preventing manual data corruption.PlanTransfer tooling hardened
Added validation and error handling for local plan transfer utilities, improving developer reliability without impacting production workflows.
Regulatory & Interoperability Progress
Industry (NAICS) data capture completed
Industry Description, Code, and Date are now captured as structured, coded data, persisted as the most recent verified value, and included in C-CDA exportsSDOH terminology aligned to national standards
“Social Drivers of Health” has been updated to “Social Determinants of Health” across the application, aligning VieCure with ONC and industry convention.Assessment and clinical document integrity improved
ECOG scores now display with the most recent assessment date, improving clarity and auditability in notes and clinical summaries.
Overall Impact
Reduced clinical and billing risk in high-use workflows
Improved trust in notes, assessments, and calculated values
Fewer workarounds for frontline clinical, billing, and admin users
Stronger data integrity across integrations and interfaces
Significant progress on Regulatory action items due for 01 Mar 26
