What’s New in This Release
This release focuses on improving documentation accuracy, note cleanliness, and integration reliability across SCC and AdvancedMD workflows. We addressed issues that could lead to missing clinical context, confusing note output, and manual operational interventions—while keeping day-to-day workflows unchanged.
These updates improve trust in the data and reduce follow-up work across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
Integration Uptime & Operational Reliability
Integration workflows are now more resilient and require less manual intervention.
We fixed a recurring issue where Iguana processing could stop due to token expiration values unexpectedly resetting.
Iguana no longer fails when token expiration resets to null
Reduces the need for manual component restarts every ~15 days
Impact
Improved integration uptime
Reduced operational overhead and reactive support work
More predictable background processing
Provider & Financial Mapping Accuracy (AdvancedMD → VieCure)
Inbound AdvancedMD data now maps more accurately into VieCure for key patient demographics and header-level fields.
We corrected mappings that impact care team visibility, note workflows, and demographic accuracy.
AdvancedMD Medical Oncologist now correctly maps into VieCure (fixing prior Primary Oncologist behavior)
Existing patients are updated via a one-time backfill script so historical records match the corrected mapping
AdvancedMD Responsible Party now maps correctly to VieCure Guarantor
Impact
Accurate provider display in patient headers
Improved downstream note behavior (data tags + hover preview reliability)
More reliable demographics/financial responsibility data
Reduced manual correction and cleanup across teams
