What’s New in This Release

This release focuses on improving accuracy, reliability, and data consistency across the platform. We addressed several issues that could cause confusion, delays, or extra manual work—particularly around tasks, scheduling integrations, patient data, prescriptions, and billing.

These updates improve trust in the data you see and reduce follow-up work, without changing your day-to-day workflows.

Home Screen Tasks

• Task counts and task lists are now accurate and stable.

  • Task counts now show only tasks assigned to you

  • Tasks no longer appear or disappear unexpectedly

  • Pagination reliably loads the correct tasks

  • Faster load times and fewer spinners

  • Tasks with multiple assignees display consistently

Scheduling & Integrations 

• Scheduling messages sent to integrated systems now follow HL7 standards.

  • Correct message types and trigger events are reported

  • Supports appointment create, update, cancel, and no-show events

  • No workflow changes for users

  • Supports required NPower integrations

Patient Data from AdvancedMD

• Patient data syncing from AdvancedMD into VieCure is now more accurate.

  • Demographics and contact details map correctly

  • Patient relationships and guarantor data are handled accurately

  • Provider information displays when available

  • All active insurance plans display consistently

  • More accurate patient charts

  • Fewer downstream workflow issues

  • No change to user workflows

eRx Prescriber Information

• Prescriptions now include the correct prescriber address.

  • Prescriber addresses reflect the correct practice location

  • Provider and facility mappings updated across Summit environments

  • Better alignment with Surescripts data

  • More accurate prescriptions sent to pharmacies

  • Reduced pharmacy callbacks and delays

  • No change to prescribing workflow

Claims & Diagnosis

• Claims and diagnosis data now transfer more reliably to AdvancedMD.

  • Charges send consistently after tickets are completed

  • All associated diagnosis codes are included with claims

  • Reduced need for manual claim entry

  • Fewer duplicate charges after voids or resets

  • More accurate claims in AdvancedMD

  • Less manual cleanup for billing teams

  • More reliable billing workflows

Insurance Sync (AdvancedMD)

• Insurance information syncing into VieCure is now more accurate and current.

  • Insurance updates reflect correctly from AdvancedMD

  • Inactive or terminated plans no longer display

  • Duplicate insurance entries reduced

  • Improved primary and secondary insurance handling
