Access & Configuration Reliability

User access checks and administrative settings are now more accurate and predictable.

We improved role-based permission handling and added safeguards to key site settings to prevent incorrect access or unsupported configurations.

• Manual lab entry supports both numeric and text-based results (e.g., Negative, Trace)

• Disease-to-diagnosis mappings have been corrected to ensure accurate TNM staging results

Orders, Scheduling & Patient Safety

Ordering and scheduling workflows are now more reliable and safer.

We improved how lab visits, future orders, and patient status changes are handled to reduce duplication and prevent unintended actions.

• Lab visits appear only once when multiple labs are ordered together

• Future orders are automatically canceled when a patient is marked as deceased

• Scheduling queues reflect accurate, actionable items

Notes & Task Visibility

Assigned work now appears more reliably in Home screen queues.

We fixed issues that could prevent notes from appearing or being reassigned correctly.

Billing & Charge Capture Accuracy

Billing data now reflects the correct date of service in all scenarios.

We resolved an issue that could cause administration charges to appear on the wrong day when medications were given after hours.

• Charge Capture remains accurate regardless of time of administration
