Release Summary
This release includes substantial improvements across clinical workflows, diagnosis and staging accuracy, scheduling, Quickview notifications, charge capture, and system security. Updates focus on adding clarity, improving data integrity, strengthening administrative controls, and ensuring clinical information displays consistently across all views.
Additional enhancements improve label printing flexibility, staging reliability, and backend logic used throughout the system to maintain a smooth and predictable user experience.
Enhancements
- Users can now print patient labels using the 1" x 2 5/8" label size (Avery 5160 / 8160 / 5260 / 5960 / 15660), including a “Date of Service” field populated from the selected visit date, with space to document additional details.
- Automatic user inactivity management has been added.
User accounts are now disabled after the number of inactive days defined in site settings, with clear messaging for users and override tools for administrators. System users, automation accounts, and all patient users are exempt. - Improvements have been made to Quickview tasks with multiple assignees, consolidating duplicate entries into a single notification containing all assigned users. Quickview now sorts consistently and provides predictable dismissal behavior.
- The Clinic Schedule printout has been refined to hide the Visit Provider field when no provider is assigned, providing a cleaner, more readable schedule.
- Users can now reliably update drug doses within a treatment plan, as calculated doses persist correctly in the Edit modal and update visually across all treatment views without requiring extra steps.
- Staging for Appendiceal Adenocarcinoma (C18.1) now maps correctly to the AJCC LGI-APP schema, enabling full staging support for valid TNM combinations and eliminating erroneous “no match” errors.
Defect Resolution
- We resolved an issue where critical lab values did not consistently display flagged indicators in the Flowsheet. High and low values now match the home screen and printout views, ensuring consistent clinical visibility.
- Corrected staging logic for Parotid gland cancers (C07) where only T0 appeared due to incorrect schema selection. The system now maps to HAN-MSG (Major Salivary Glands) to provide the full T-value list (Tis–T4b) for both clinical and pathologic staging.
- Fixed an issue in Charge Capture where the Account Number field was incorrectly disabled under certain site configuration conditions. The field is now enabled as expected, label formatting has been corrected, and mis-typed site setting values have been repaired.
- Incorrect Gemcitabine warnings were resolved by ensuring dose maximums are evaluated correctly using mg/m², preventing false-positive “exceeding maximum dose” alerts. Stale warnings no longer persist after correction.
- Repaired dismissal and task sending behavior in Quickview for multi-assignee tasks, ensuring actions perform reliably without error.
- Updated staging logic for Appendix cancer to correctly recognize cT2 cN2 cM1c (Stage IVc) and cT2 cN2 cM0 (Stage IIIC) as valid staging combinations.
