Zendesk - Centralized ticketing system, users can submit tickets within our client portal and gain access into specifics of the ticket when logged in.

TeamViewer - single use screen sharing application. Support will provide an end-user with a personal link to the Quick Support application from the ticket. Clicking the link will add the single use team-viewer application within the browser of the URL for easy access. Once connected, the session will begin, because TeamViewer Quick Support is an application that runs only when needed, it’s not installed on your computer and doesn’t require administrator-level access.
